A Hoysala temple of the 12th century in the Mandya district town of Nagamangala, named for its six-foot image of Keshava, a serene form of Vishnu. Laid out on a stellate plan with northern nagara elements, it drew continued patronage from later rulers including the Vijayanagara emperors.
