A 16th-century temple at Thadikombu in Dindigul district credited to the Vijayanagara ruler Achyuta Deva Raya, with work begun under his predecessor Aliya Rama Raya and the outer halls added in 1629 under Thirumalai Nayak; it carries rare sculpture and inscriptions from several reigns.
