A Rama temple at Changi Village founded in 1946 by Ram Naidu of the British Indian Army, on a site the British Army donated at the end of the Second World War, and long patronised by Hindu workers at the nearby RAF Changi base. It grew from a shrine at the foot of a tree; granite images were installed in newly built sanctums during the 1991 rebuilding, and displaced shrines were absorbed into it in 1999.
