History & significance

A modest west-facing Majapahit temple built in 1390 and dedicated in 1400, at the shraddha rite for Wijayarajasa, Prince of Wengker and an uncle by marriage of King Rajasanagara. Only the reconstructed base stands intact, but it carries dense reliefs of the Arjunawiwaha, Sri Tanjung and Babuksha tales together with naga, makara and gana figures.
