Motia, Cuttack district, Odisha · 20.0697°, 86.1253°
A tenth-century Kalinga temple near Krushnaprasad in Cuttack district whose four-armed goddess is shown slaying Mahishasura with conch and discus in her upper hands. Sculptures recovered from the site by the Archaeological Survey of India place its origin in the Somavamsi period, with eight-armed Durga pieces comparable to those at the Vaital temple.
