A gurdwara in the Chuna Mandi quarter of Lahore's walled city standing on the site traditionally held to be the birthplace and childhood home of Guru Ram Das, born in 1534. Construction began in 1801 under Maharaja Ranjit Singh at the request of Maharani Datar Kaur, and the Guru Granth Sahib is read there daily.
