કાળકા માતા મંદિર, પાવાગઢ
Pavagadh, Panchmahal, Gujarat · 22.4611°, 73.5117°
A hilltop shrine on Pavagadh counted among the fifty-one Shakta pithas, with images of Kali and Bahucharamata flanking the central goddess. The hill had been a Jain pilgrimage centre from early centuries before the Hindu shrine grew over it.
The site is held to be where the toe of the right foot of Sati fell.
