An eastern-group Khajuraho temple raised by the Chandela rulers between about 1050 and 1075 CE, comprising a sanctum, vestibule, maha-mandapa with lateral transepts and an entrance porch. It stands roughly 200 m north-east of the Brahma Temple and forms part of the Khajuraho Group of Monuments inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
