A late-medieval brick temple with an octagonal sanctuary, built under the Ahom king Rudra Singha in memory of a Bezbarua, a court physician granted extensive land in the area for his skill in traditional medicine. Though it holds no images inside, it remains in worship and is a State Protected Monument of Assam.
